Headline: Mammoth Hair Yields Ancient DNA, Study Says

The thick coats of shaggy hair that kept woolly mammoths warm on the icy tundra have yielded enough intact DNA to sequence their genomes, a new study reports.
I wonder what they'd find stashed in her mammoth hair.

Have you ever heard that urban legend about the prom queen with the giant beehive who just keeps hairspraying it until finally it breaks and there are spiders inside? That's what her hair reminds me of. :S
